Meet Szymon Gaś, an educated professional with experience in the USA, a charismatic motor skills development specialist, tennis coach, and personal trainer, highly regarded by Polish celebrities.
Focusing on optimizing sports achievements, Szymon specializes in healthy and effective functional training based on the full range of natural human movements.
His philosophy of "Attitude and Effort" motivates his clients to achieve success both in sports and in their personal lives.
As a co-founder of the groundbreaking Gym Break project, Szymon has been promoting a holistic approach to health for over 15 years through television programs, the gymbreak.pl training platform, YouTube channel, and training sessions. He is also the founder of Gym Break Center, the first professional functional training center in Poland, collaborating with professional athletes, sports enthusiasts, and media personalities.
Thanks to his experience in professional tennis and a degree in Kinesiology from Grand Canyon University, Szymon Gaś is an expert in explosive dynamic training, using plyometric exercises to strengthen strength and other motor skills.
